TEMP TO HIRE
Many companies see temp to hire assignments as an extended interview period. They use the time to make sure the candidate is the right fit. The anticipation under these contracts is after a set time period the client will hire the employee & add them to their payroll & benefits. The temp to hire time period varies & is determined based on client need. The industry standard for these temp to hire contracts is 90 days. However, they vary & can be as short as 30 days or longer than 90 days. We will work with you in finding the right time period for your company & your staffing levels. The fee for this type of contract is generally the same as direct hire (based on annual salary) and is worked into the bill rate depending on the length of the contract.
These contracts are for a business who doesn't need to hire someone on a permanent basis. A business may use temporary staff to fill in for someone on maternity/paternity leave, short term disability, military leave, extended vacation or sabbatical, etc. They may be used for seasonal positions at retailers, logistics firms, call centers, etc. These contracts vary based on need. They can be very short term - a few weeks - or months. The fee for these contracts depends entirely on the contract length & rate of pay.
